Burial At Sea

Sea burials have been carried out for centuries, often for people who have served in the navy, worked at sea or for those who simply felt a strong connection with the water. Warwick & Peters are qualified, experienced providers of sea burials, taking care of every small detail to ensure the deceased receives a service of the highest standard.

At a time of grief and reflection, you can rely on us to handle the various legal requirements of conducting a burial at sea. It is our aim to shoulder the burden of organising your loved one’s burial and provide the bereaved with the support, guidance and advice they need. Should you want to plan a funeral in advance, whether it’s for someone else or for yourself, we’re here to offer you our experience and our expertise.

From the location to the service itself, we’ll discuss all your options and requirements to ensure the burial or scattering of ashes at sea is done with dignity, respect and care. We’re based in Welwyn Garden City, serving Hatfield and Welwyn, and we can arrange sea burials at any of the three UK sites: coasts off Tynemouth, the Isle of Wight, and between Newhaven and Hastings.
